- Local Storage: We use local storage on your device to save your Shopping Cart items. This ensures your selected products remain available even if you close the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Facilitate Orders: To format your selected products into an order summary that allows you to communicate directly with vendors.
- App Functionality: To provide features such as the "AI Product Assistant" (Smart Search). Note: Your search queries are processed locally within the app to find matching products and are not transmitted to external AI servers.
- Improvement: To fix bugs and improve the performance of the App.
3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
A. WhatsApp
Our App is designed to facilitate direct communication between buyers and sellers via WhatsApp.
- When you click "Send Order via WhatsApp," the App generates a pre-filled message containing your cart details.
- You must explicitly tap "Send" in WhatsApp to transmit this data.
- Once the message is sent via WhatsApp, it is subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your private WhatsApp chats.
B. Service Providers
We may use third-party web hosting services to host the product catalog and images. These providers have access to the data solely for the purpose of hosting and maintenance.
4. Data Retention
- Customer Cart Data: This is stored locally on your device and can be cleared by you at any time via your device settings or by emptying the cart.
